Elders' Living Well Program

As a foundation, we view our elders as precious, resilient, knowledge keepers of the Dine Way of Life, therefore we aim to protect them and preserve our Dine Way of Life for many generations to come. Our Elders' Living Well Program enhances the personal growth and health of our elders by addressing social isolation and improving their access to quality health care.

Social Fellowship Program

Our Social Fellowship Program increases socialization among senior citizens and the community. Our overall goal is to reduce social isolation and depression, which impact our elders heavily.

Some of our events include:

            • Birthday Celebrations

            • Holiday Programs

            • Social & Recreational Events

Monthly Food Delivery Program

In partnership with Flagstaff Family Food Center, we provide a monthly food box of groceries for up to 100 individuals over 60 years of age who are too ill, disabled, or lack the transportation to leave their homes. Each box consists of a variety of USDA and locally donated foods, bread and up to 10 lbs of fresh produce. We do our best to include specific items requested as medically necessary for a certain type of diet.

Food boxes are delivered by volunteers to recipients in Old Tree, Cliff Springs, Oak Ridge, Yale Point, Black Mesa/Kitsili, and Sliding Rock Area.
